Vanessa Coffelt and Bo Zhu have been selected for Department of Mathematics outstanding service awards, and Kendra Kilmer and Yaroslav Vorobets have been selected for Department of Mathematics outstanding teaching awards.

Angie Allen, Ali Foran, and Alex Hening have received College of Arts and Sciences Awards for 2024: Angie Allen received a Faculty Excellence Award; Ali Foran received an Early Career Teaching Award; and Alex Hening received a Research Impact Award.

Wencai Liu has been named a Simons Fellow for 2024.

Xiaoyu Su has been selected to receive a 2024 Association of Former Students Distinguished Graduate Student Award for Excellence in Teaching.

The 22nd Annual Mathematics and Statistics Fair will host mathematics games, puzzles, activities, arts, crafts, and more on the first floor of Blocker building on Saturday, February 24, from 9am to 2:30pm. More info on the event can be found here.
